HELAXE was established in 2020 as Helsinki’s first urban axe throwing venue. We’re located in the tunnels of an old air-raid shelter under Tähtitorninmäki (Observatory Hill) so there’s plenty of space whether you’d like to come by yourself or arrange a private event for a group. Our professional instructors will ensure that you learn the secrets of axe throwing in a safe, relaxed environment.
This Gift Certificate is for one hour for one lane which can accommodate 1-4 throwers. Before you get started our instructors will go through a safety briefing, show you the correct axe-throwing technique and explain the rules. After this you can practice or compete with your own group as you see fit.
Axe throwing is suitable for almost everyone, although we do have an 18 year age requirement.
You can buy refreshments and nibbles at the venue.
